The power of elderflower

Flower Power proved so popular in 2011, we thought we better brew it again!

This 4.4% pale ale, is fragrant with elderflower and bursting with flavour from Styrian Goldings hops. It will be available in free trade pubs throughout the West Midlands, Gloucestershire, Bristol and South Wales.

This photo shows one of our brewers busily picking fresh elderflowers to add to the brew.

New bottle labels

We have just completed a project to improve our bottle labels. Our current designs have been in place for about seven years and we felt it was time for a few improvements! See photo for comparisons between old HPA and Butty Bach and new HPA and Butty Bach.

The new labels should now be on shelves in retailers throughout our region. Our range of Dorothy Goodbody beers has also been given a revamp, photo to follow soon!

New sponsorship deal

Wye Valley Brewery, along with Coombes Cycles have agreed a new sponsorship deal with Hereford's Gannet Cycling Club. The new kit is in their traditional colours, and is decorated with the Wye Valley Brewery logo.

Gannet CC reformed recently, and we have just learned that one of our delivery drivers was a member of the original club over 40 years ago! They are looking to build on the success they achieved last year.

A video of #courtlaughing

Wye Valley Brewery were proud sponsors of Hereford's first comedy festival, #courtlaughing, held at The Courtyard. The Courtyard have just released this video of the festival. #courtlaughing video
