Meadowsweet for Dorothy Goodbody's Meadow Queen
In preparation for our August beer of the month, Dorothy Goodbody's Meadow Queen, today we have been gathering Meadowsweet.
Meadowsweet (also referred to as Queen of the Meadow) is a perennial herb native to Europe and grows in damp meadows. It has delicate, graceful creamy-white flowers and has a strong sweet smell.
